Founder
President and founder Robert S. McLeese served as President of
the Association of Power Producers of Ontario (APPrO) which represents the
interests of over 1,600 MW of electrical generating capacity. He remains
actively involved with APPrO, and sits on the executive committee of the SAC
(Stakeholders’ Alliance for Electricity Competition & Customer Choice).
Mr. McLeese is the President and CEO of American Consumer Industries Inc. (ACI),
which owns and operates 171 MW, and is past Chairman of the Toronto Board of
Trade Electricity Task Force. Mr. McLeese received his Chartered Accountancy
designation from Peat Marwick in 1978, was awarded an MBA from McMaster University
in 1977 and received his B.Sc. from the University of Western
Ontario in 1974.

Team
Vice President George H. Cholakis, a financial modeling
specialist, has over a decade and a half of experience creating access to
energy solutions by negotiating deals and handling complex corporate finance
transactions. Mr. Cholakis was awarded an MBA from York
University in 1987 and a B.Sc. in
Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Toronto in 1985.

Senior Financial Analyst Noi Sypratos has nearly four years of
equity research experience covering the Canadian mineral and oil & gas
exploration industries. She has spent over three years working in Industry in
strategic financial planning and forecasting roles. Noi is a Certified
Management Accountant and a Level III CFA candidate. She was awarded an
Honours B.Comm degree in Economics from the University of Guelph
in 1999.
